Abstract(in English) Sapphire substrate has many advantages. We have developed a 17-pole high-temperature superconductor thin-film hairpin microstrip Chebyshev filter on r-cut sapphire substrate. We have also developed an 8-pole quasi-elliptic function filter on r-cut sapphire substrate. A frequency response of the subsystem using the 17-pole filter with LNA was measured. A response of center frequency tuning of the 8-pole filter was also measured by using our tunable filter system.
