Development of the Self-Assessment System for Ubiquitous Learning

Abstract(in English) An ubiquitous learning environment is an electronic global repository which has the potential to be accessed by anyone at any place and any time. Ubiquitous computing is about technology that is available to provide us information wherever and whenever we need it (laptops, personal digital devices like the palm pilot, mobile phones, PDA, OS, Browser, etc.) Then the Self-Assessment System for Ubiquitous Learning was developed. A learner can send Self-Assessment and Mutual-Assessment information, and a teacher can received Self-Assessment and Mutual-Assessment information by anyone at any place and any time. When Self-Assessment and Mutual-Assessment it used identical rubric, and showed before problem, so learner knew an achievement goal. By the use of the function that the learner does problem presenting and reading anywhere and at anytime, the learning person always presented a problem from everywhere and became able to read it. and, the feedback from the teacher became able to be received.
