Abstract(in English) In basic subjects of IT education in university, students must memorize many technical terms and calculation algorithm about computer science and engineering. A teacher must prepare many drill exercises and continual tests in classroom or after school. It takes many costs to make problems and to mark papers. To improve efficiency of test tasks and to offer students sufficient opportunity, we proposed DrilLs-F system, which is Fill-in type Drill-based CAI System on Web environment. Especially in this paper, we explain two subsystems for score evaluation and for auto improvement. The former function provides analysis of test papers and tendency for each questioning fields. The latter one provides adjustment of problem rank and modification of test plan and content automatically. We performed practical application and analyzed the results to consider these functions. We aim the system to test with adequate problems for student level and to show effective diagnosis and advice.
