Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) WEB-based learning system will be increasingly developed, as the importance of information system increases. Because of the large amount of students learning on the system, it is too difficult for teacher to teach each student suitably. In this study, we will try to construct a statistical student model having the property and individuality of each student, using statistical estimation from learning history. Student model is constructed by the student property (individuality), degree of comprehension, the degree of guesswork, and temporal properties. By the study navigation using this model, we can expect the improvement of study efficiency. The validity of a proposal model was confirmed as a result of the evaluation experiment using simple teaching materials. It was confirmed that it is mostly in agreement with what has the presumed actual student characteristic (individuality).
