| 抄録(和) | FM補聴器の適用効果の測定に雑音負荷音場語音検査を用いる場合がある。この方法を用いて実施された検査結果とFM補聴器の適合(フィッティング)状況から検討を行った。その結果、補聴器内蔵マイクとFM送信マイクの両方を使用するモードの場合、FM入力時の周波数特性を補聴器内蔵マイクからの入力の周波数特性よりやや大きめに設定した方が良好であることが示唆された。 |
| 抄録(英) | The effectiveness of FM hearing systems were measured based on examining the FM hearing aid's acoustical characteristics tested in the free field with noise and discussed in terms of hearing aid fitting. The better hearing conditions could be obtained in the setting that acoustical characteristic of the FM microphone were slightly louder than that of inherent microphone of the same hearing aid. |
