Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The E-mail and the bulletin board system were developed for schoolchildren as a tool of learning an information application ability. In order to enable communication of children from whom school age differs, such as elementary school children and high school students, the KANJI-HIRAGANA automatic conversion function was integrated on these systems. Moreover, it considered as the system supporting the children and students whom information morals have not established. In the E-mail system, the function that could not be either reception from a general e-mail address or transmission to a general e-mail address was developed. In the bulletin board system, the function in which contribution is restricted among specific students and can be read or written was developed. Finally, the E-mail system and the bulletin board system could be utilized, even if it was the children whom information morals have not established.
