Abstract(in English) According to the rapid improvement of information technology, role and style of a university as an academic society should be changed for the new age. Particularly, it is very important issue to establish the credit certification system using the Internet, and also to research and development systems, contents and management methods to realize this is very urgent matters. On the other hand to supply practical and effective lectures in conjunction with industries and to development of human resources who have high level skills for information technology are also important roles of a university. In the Graduate School of Information Systems, the University of Electro-Communications, we have carried out Industry University Cooperative Program supported by the Ministry of Education for 3years. In this paper we summarize necessary conditions to realize and to continue the credit certification system from our experiments.
