Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We develop the "PosInfo" system with PDA and GPS to support outdoor education. PosInfo can display the educational materials and also exchange the information uploaded by participants on PDA at the specific locations. In this paper, we overview the system and propose the implementation of this system at elementary school. From the result of preliminary experiment at the elementary school, this system is easy to operate by pupil and we concluded that PosInfo is one of the useful tool for outdoor education.
