Abstract(in English) | The purpose of this research is to develop a learning program using various kinds of Digital tools and IT materials like the bulletin board or portal site on Web. This paper shows the process and the result of the "sign" project that developed by industry-university co-operation, and these about practical use at two elementary schools in Sendai. It offers a point of view about advantage and consideration subject for the learning program combining with a digital tools and specialist at elementary school. |
