| 抄録(和) | 地方の事業場においてはメンタルヘルス教育に関する関心が高まっているが、各事業場でどのような取り組みをしているかについての実態を把握し、とりまとめた資料はほとんどない。このため、今回の調査研究ではメンタルヘルスケアの取り組み内容を明らかにし、さらにいくつかの事業者への啓発、産業指導者の活動を実践し、北陸地方の事業場全体へのメンタルヘルス教育の啓発及び活性化を図るための知見を得、事業場におけるメンタルヘルス教育の体制の整備に参考となる情報を提供する。 |
| 抄録(英) | The realities what work you do in each business scene is understood, and there is little arranged material though concerning the mental health education has risen in people's business scenes. Therefore, the content of the work of the mental health education is clarified in the investigation research at this time, the activity of enlightenment to some business people and industrial leaders is practiced in addition, the finding to enlighten of the mental health education to the entire business scene in the Hokuriku region and to be activated is obtained, and information which becomes reference is offered to the maintenance of the system of the mental health education in the business scene. |
