Abstract(in English) The research assistance of Ishikawa Prefectural Nursing University Community Care Center is received, and we are seven town associations in the university outskirts and original gatherings of supports of the town in 2001 fiscal year for the life style disease prevention education. Because proof of members (two medical doctors, public health nurse, two nurses, physical education specialist and statistical information specialist) taking communications in that case closely by an individual consultation with the local populace, and doing the life style disease prevention education effectively by the communications and the consideration were done.
