Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Kanji learning is one of important points in Japanese learning. Various kinds of Kanji learning ways have been proposed and practiced. Computer utilization to Kanji learning is been watched recently by the spread of PC so that many Kanji CAI systems and electronic dictionaries have been developed. Generally, they provide students a learning environment for a special area of Kanji learning. Therefore, it is hard for students to learn various kind of Kanji knowledge using only one Kanji CAI system or one electronic dictionary. We proposed a learning environment for various kinds of Kanji learning called KALIST(KAnji Learning Intelligent CAI system for knowledge STability) and developed the prototype system. We are currently developing WWW version of KALIST. We report this system called WWW-KALIST hereafter in this paper.
