Abstract(in English) The form of the communication in the present learning on the Internet can be classified into two, the synchronous type which communicates such as real time like TV meeting system on teachers / other students, and the asynchronous type which performs communicateion using E-mail or BBS. Synchronous type can respond to a student's question quickly, and asynchronous type can respond to a question in accordance with a student's convenience. However, it is difficult to perform communication which employed both merit efficiently. In this paper, the communication system which employed these both merit. In case the study environment which can perform communication which employed the both merit of synchronous and asynchronous efficiently can be offered.
