| 抄録(和) | 信号の高速化に伴って,配線による遅延や歪みを考慮した回路設計が必要になってきている.そこで配線のモデルに分布定数線路を用いることが考えられており,大量の配線網を効率よく計算する方法が望まれている.本文では,多項式補間を用いる有限差分時間領域法(FDTD-DQ法)を提案じている.本方法の特長は,本来局所的近似であるFDTD法に多項式補間を用いて大域的近似を可能にしているところにある.その結果,同程度の近似を得るための計算格子点の間隔が広くでき,計算量が少なくなる.これを不均一線路の時間領域解析に応用し,従来のFDTD法に比較して電圧と電流を計算する時空間上の格子点数が少なくて済むことを,計算例で示している. |
| 抄録(英) | Speeding up the signals in the circuits, the circuit design that considers delay, distortion and crosstalk in the interconnects is needed. Then, it is thought to use the distributed transmission line for the model of the interconnect, and is hoped for the method of efficiently calculating a large amount of interconnects. In this paper, the finite difference time-domain method by using the differential quadrature(FDTD-DQ method) is proposed. The advantage of this method are that a global approximation is achieved by using differential quadrature for FDTD method which is a local approximation one, and the calculation lattice point interval be widened. This is applied to the time-domain analysis of the nonuniform transmission line. It is shown that the number of lattices of the time and space that calculates the voltage and the current decreases compared with a conventional FDTD method. |
