| Abstract(in English) | A precise antenna displacement mechanism, which is used in the TRL calibration process, rather makes it possible to provide a higher measurement accuracy then the system using coaxial air line type sample holders in the microwave bands In the measurement process, application of the time gate processing is inevitable to avoid effects of multiple reflection due to the impedance mismatch of junction points such as coaxial to waveguide transducers ,rectangular to circular waveeuide transducers ,lens surfaces etc. |
