Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose and demonstrate a new image reconstruction method for millimeter-wave scanning near-field microscopy using a metal slit-type probe to permit the observation of anisotropy in the viewed object. Experiments performed at 60 GHz show that anisotropy of a wire grid and a metal patch patterned on quartz plates is clearly imaged with high spatial resolution.
