Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The novel circuit design method regarding the signals as the electromagnetic waves is under developing. The ability of high-speed signal transmission up to 47Gbps on the unbalance line was confirmed by the simulation. 47Gbps is the theoretical maximum rate at the today's semiconductor technology node. 64Gbps transmission is also confirmed. |
