Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents for a study on shielding characteristics of microwave oven window using conductive-film (ITO-film). We made conductive film samples which contained In_2O_3 and SnO_2 materials for microwave oven window, and the S_<21> characteristics were analyzed by TLM method and measured. As a result, a S_<21> of-44(dB) was obtained from the analysis and -47(dB) from the measurement. Furthermore, the power leaking out from the microwave oven window was found to be less than 0.4 (mW/cm^2). It is concluded that the conductive-film made on experimental basis is useful for a shielding of microwave oven window.
