Abstract(in English) In order to investigate a biological effect of exposure to microwaves from cellular phone, several head localized exposure systems for experimental animals have been developed. The purpose of this study is to develop new exposure system to achieve highly localized exposure to animal brain and real-time observation of biological effect. An 8-shaped loop antenna placed above the rat's head with the window for observation (Cranial Window) proposed. SAR inside the cubic and rat model were analyzed by the FDTD method. The 8-shpaed loop antenna was indicated to be useful for localized exposure and real-time observation.
