Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) According to the progress of electronic equipment, the importance of the electromagnetic phenomenon anal) sis on the transmission line increases. As for the use of T-branch in general, there are a lot of restrictions of the installation on circuit board. However, the asymmetrical branch makes the transmission power unbalanced in high frequency. In this paper, we quantitatively evaluate the power of unbalance on asymmetrical branch MSL and we solved the unbalance. Notch was installed in MSL. As a result, the unbalanced power is shown approximately 10.2% at 10GHz. When notch in asymmetrical branch MSL, the unbalanced power is shown approximately 2.3% at 10GHz. The usefulness of the notch was confirmed by measuring the range of 3MHz-6GHz.
