Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Some kinds of exposure setups for in vitro experiments has been proposed and evaluated. A Open-type exposure setup consisted of a horn antenna and dielectric lens has been developed by us in order to realize large scale in vitro experiments. This open-type exposure setup enables that a lot of Petri dishes can be exposed at the same time. The aim of this report is to uniform SAR distribution in the medium generated by the open-type exposure setup. Method using dielectric layer with high conductivity and impedance matching layers has been proposed for improving the SAR distribution uniformity. Then, the SAR distribution uniformity in the proposed model has been evaluated by a numerical method. As a result, standard deviation normalized to mean SAR (standard deviation / mean SAR) which indicates the SAR distribution uniformity has been improved drastically from 0.59 to 0.20. It is also confirmed that the differences of SAR distribution among Petri dishes have been improved.
