Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Recently, a DC-DC converter is widely used as an onboard power supply for many electronic appliances in order to step-up and step-down the input dc voltage. Switched-mode DC-DC converters usually consist of switches, capacitors, and inductors. Because the converter is an nonlinear circuit, we cannot easily perceive its behavior at glance. In this paper we discuss the topological criteria for circuits to be DC-DC converters. |
