Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In mobile OFDM system, due to the Doppler shift, the orthogonality of sub-carriers will be broken that results in ICI. In order to compensate the ICI, we need to obtain the transfer function of the channel precisely. Unlike the previously proposed linear interpolation method which is based on the linear assumption of channel during a block period, this paper proposes a new approach which uses a group of pilot symbols in time domain to find the best estimation of the channel according to MMSE (minimum mean-squared error) criterion. Then we can reconstruct the transmitted OFDM signal in frequency domain. The validity of the proposed estimator is demonstrated by computer simulation. |
