Abstract(in English) The case that an insertion error or a deletion error is happend in 2-D PR channel, the problem have a much greater impact on the BER than the case that the i-D PR recording system. For counter measure technique, we propose a technique that can correct the error in viterbi decording. And, we add an efficient balance technique to proposal system. By this method above, bit error rate (BER) performance are improved compared with synchronization error correct encording system. Moreover, in the case of combining our proporsal system with efficient balancetechnique, it is possible to improve BER more.
