Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In transmitting data, among many TCP versions, TCP Reno is most widely used today, but it is pointed out that it is difficult to use the wide bandwidth efficiently with TCP Reno. HS TCP, which uses the wide band-width efficiently, is introduced, but when HS TCP and TCP Reno flows share the same link, HS TCP gains most of the bandwidth and it is impossible to realize fair bandwidth allocation. To solve this problem, we introduce another ECN marking, which notifies the occurrence of congestion to the end nodes, for increasing the frequency of congestion controls to HS TCP flows.
