Abstract(in English) Some QoS routing methods with bandwidth and delay constraints have been proposed. In order to achieve network optimization, it is necessary to search for the minimum cost route with constraint of delay after defining a cost value on each link. These link costs have been considered to be given in advance in the traditional QoS routing methods. In this paper, we study how to define link costs that can make request blocking minimum in the bandwidth-delay constrained routing.
