Abstract(in English) In order to solve the problems caused by increasing IP traffic, we have proposed "Multi-Layer Service Network". In this paper, we propose a dynamic multi-layer optimization algorithm with dynamic traffic and SRLG consideration to calculate optimizing routes under multi-layer constraint, which is one of the functions in "Multi-Layer Service Network". This algorism can calculate a network topology with good scalability and IP layer detours when any physical link is cut down. We evaluated the algorithm by comparing with an existing multi-layer CSPF algorism.
