Abstract(in English) It is known that the TCP algorithm spread widely now is not suitable for transmission of broadband network. In this paper, We propose that the technique of raising transmission speed. For the part where a propagation delay is comparatively small from both end nodes among end nodes, a kind of proxy is prepared. In communication of proxies, a zone is made to occupy. And it raise the window size of TCP quickly by the usual algorithm TCP/IP between an end node and a proxy.
