Abstract(in English) | The data transmission protocol for wireless ad hoc network usually discovers only one appropriate route and transmits packets along the route. Since VoIP and Video Streaming application require low latency, in a case of link-down, the quickly detection of it and reconstruction of the valid route are needed. There also are some multipath routing protocols, but they have a problem that more collisions occur. In this paper, we propose a protorol using two methods. The first.method is redundant relaying by selecting multiple next nodes, which reduces the reconstruction of the valid route. The second one is quick switching of relay nodes by carrier sensing and packet sniffing. The simulation results validate that our protocol realizes much lower latency. |
