Abstract(in English) | We summarize the futures of a full-mesh WDM network system (AWG-STAR) based on wavelength routing technology for local community and metro-area private networks. The AWG-STAR has been installed in several fields, including Chitose local government intranet (Chitose-traial) and high performance backbone for distributed computing. The logical topology can be dynamically configured on an AWG-STAR network by selecting the wavelength path between each node. |
