Abstract(in English)	One of the most important broadband service in the society is e-learning system that is expected to be possible new learning method in the actual educational field. In this paper, firstly, we introduce a case study of virtual community in collaboration with local residents using e-shopping, e-volunteer, and e-learning systems. Second, we consider the effectiveness of e-learning system that was experimentally constructed by the collaboration with the university and the high schools in this project.
