| Abstract(in English) | In the future mobile communication system, diverse systems such as W-CDMA, W-LAN, and 4G wireless will be accommodated by a common IP network. In this environment, that is Heterogeneous Access environment, we propose "Plug and Access" that demands the following attributes. 1) Accommodate any access system anytime 2) Network control independent of wireless access systems 3) Advanced network control considering the characteristics of various wireless access systems This paper proposes Auto Configuration which satisfies above requirements 1), and Coordinator which satisfies above requirements 2), 3), and we describe these basic and concrete functions. |
