| Abstract(in English) | There are various kinds of networks which provide mobile communication services,and they consist of huge number of network elements (NES). These NES to spread out in a wide area are intensively monitored by an operation support system (NE-OSS). When a trouble occurs in these NES, NE-OSS is informed of the message. The number of NE that the NE-OSS can deal with depends on the message receiving performance greatly. Moreover, if a lot of messages are informed from specific NE, the interruption of the communication service and the decline of the communication service quality turn in a long period of time because NE-OSS causes internal congestion and falls into the condition that it cannot inform network operators of the messages any more. In this paper, about NE-OSS of polling method, the way of improving massage receiving performance and the way of regulating internal congestion were proposed, in addition, the performance of a business system that this proposition was applied to was evaluated. As the result, the evaluation shows that message receiving performance was excellent in comparison with NE-OSS of the informing method by about ten times as that result and regulation method for an internal congestion was excellent in the point of the real-time message informing to the network operators. |
