Abstract(in English)	It will be great demand for B2C services in mobile telecommunications industry. Contents Providers (CPs) need personal information to provide the personalized contents. We study a method to inform CPs of the personal information whenever we receive the requests from users. In this paper we show the method to provide personalized contents for users conveniently. Specially, we provide to register the users identify CPs issues and to inform CPs of the user identify.
