Abstract(in English) In this paper, we applied Web Services to APIs for mobile streaming media content delivery network. We presented functions for mobile streaming media CDN, shown requirements, defined APIs, and verified the APIs by Implementation. The APIs is composed of request routing function, content registration function, mobility function, and serviece integration function. The feature of proposed CDN architecture is interoperable, extensible, and scalabel.
