Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We developed multi-point video communication system. In order to use the high quality video image using MPEG2, the broadband network is needed, so a problem occurs in respect of server load and network load by the conventional call control technique. We assumed closed region area, such as an apartment which is the environment where a network bandwidth can be used in plenty. We customized to the SIP sequence which is call control protocol for the purpose of lightweight server processing. As a result, we realized the large scale multi-point video communication system. We announce the feature of this system and its protocol.
