| 抄録(和) | 情報処理技術は社会の仕組みを根本から変える能力を持っているが,そのことは一般にはあまり認識されていないように思う.一般的には,現在人間が行なっていることの一部をコンピュータに肩代りさせたり,人間がわざわざ出向いていたことをインターネットですませることなどが情報処理の恩恵として受け取られている.これらの現在行なわれている情報化は,以前の社会の仕組みをそのままに,その一部をコンピュータやネットワークで置き換えたにすぎず,情報処理の可能性を十分に使っているとは言い難い.本稿では情報処理の仕組みを十分に活かした,新しい社会の仕組みそのものを提案する. |
| 抄録(英) | It is not widely acknowledged that Information processing Technology (IT hereafter) has a large potential to improve our society. The general conception of IT is that it can replace a human in some portion of his/her intellectual work, or that it provides efficient communication channel, such as the Internet, so that (s)he does not have to commute physically. IT is applied to replace some part of human activities by computers and/or computer networks without changing the whole social architecture. It's use is limited and far from the full capability. In this paper, the author proposes a new social architecture that employs the full capacity of IT. |
