Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The development of mobile internet services is remarkable and an environment where various services can easily be used has been built. Various problems in the real world can be solved by using these services properly. However, the selection of a proper service from many services offered in the network requires the knowledge applying services as the solutions to problems. This paper proposes a system of retrieving proper services to a non-expert mobile user for problem solving. A key component of this system is a task knowledge base which contains knowledge about solutions to problems that a user faces in daily life and mapping between the solutions to services available in the network.
