A Communication System for Networked Community in the 21th Century

Abstract(in English) A networked distributed community will be considered as a new organization structure in the 21st century. Theunderlying structure is a dynamic distributed one in which individual, the organization, community and culture are mutuallyinteracted and as a result the structure is itself changed. In this paper, we propose a communication system for networkedcommunity in the new century. The conceptual mode and its implementation plan are discussed. The proposed system isapplied to a common electronic schedule system.
