Abstract(in English) Community Web Software is a building tool for web applications to support activity of communities using the Internet. A community web built by the tool supports communication in the community via the bulletin board cooperating with a mailing list and provides news information actively retrieved with topics distilled from the bulletin board. Also community webs are able to execute active distributed information retrieval by the collaboration of them without relying Internet search sites.
