| Abstract(in English) | We have developed an electron beam tomography system for measuring the high frequency response of magnetic recording heads. The SPT head without a soft magnetic under layer was used for the measurements up to 1.3 GHz. The head response followed the current switching, and the frequency response did not show clear roll off. |
