| 抄録(和) | 記録層及び裏打ち軟磁性層からなる二層垂直磁気記録媒体における両層の特性分離及び独立な評価には強磁性ホール効果の応用は有効である.本研究では中間層の有無あるいは中間居の種類を変えた際のCoCrPt(50nm)記録層及びNiFe(100 nm)の層の特性を両層が示す磁界に対するホール電圧の異なる対称性を利用することにより調べた.斜め磁界磁界中での評価においてはPtあるいはSi中間層の有無に依存した記録層の特性に明らかな違いが検出され,二層の状態で記録層内部の磁気異方性定数の見積もり等の可能性も示された.また高磁界及び低磁界領域での磁気特性評価によりNiFe層内部の磁化機構についても調べた. |
| 抄録(英) | Ferromagnetic Hall effect measurement was found to be effective to evaluate the properties of a recording layer(RL) and a soft magnetic underlayer (SUL) individually in a double-layered perpendicular recording media. In this study, properties of a CoCrPt(50 nm) RL and a NiFe (100 nm) SUL with or without an intermediate layer (IL) have been investigate using the different symmetric Hall voltage properties exhibited by these layers. Obvious differences in the magnetic properties of RL were detected in the study of specimens with or without an IL of Pt or Si under the tilted magnetic field. Evaluation of anisotropy constants of RL in the double-layered structure was shown to be possible to estimate from these results. Magnetization process in the NiFe layer was also studied evaluating the magnetic properties in the high and low applied field region. |
