| 抄録(和) | 兵庫県では、平成13年に1.8Gbpsの容量を持つ県域の基幹的な情報基盤として、兵庫情報ハイウェイを整備し、行政や教育、研究など多様なネットワークの構築や民間への無償開放による高速インターネットサービスの普及促進など、総合的な活用を推進している。また、平成15年には全国初の取り組みとして、岡山・鳥取両県の情報ハイウェイと相互に接続し、教育・防災分野での県域を越えた情報交流を推進している。今後、高速大容量の通信機能を発揮して、大学や研究機関のネットワーク化など「情報交流社会"ひょうご"」の実現をめざして一層の活用を推進する。 |
| 抄録(英) | Having prepared the Hyogo Information Highway as the basic information infrastructure with the capacity of 1.8 Gbps across the prefecture in 2001, the prefecture is promoting utilization of the system by providing diverse networks for administration, education, and research, and by popularizing high-speed Internet services by means of charge-free opening to the private sector. In addition, the Highway was interconnected to two adjacent prefectures in 2003, as the initial undertaking across the country for the information exchange in education and disaster prevention fields. In the future, the prefecture will encourage the enhanced use of the system with the aim of realizing "Information Exchange Community-HYOGO," where networks such as among universities and research institutions are achieved. |
