Abstract(in English) All over the world, digital broadcasting services arc starting, high-speed network is spread.But it is essential to construct efficient contents creating environment, and recycle the former contents effectively for providing so many programs. Therefore we expand to digital watermark data for editing operation in addition to it. We present that we watermark a time code from an original tape (or cassette). This information is useful to administrat c many contents in the archives. Further more, we present the contrivance that by using the watermarked time code, we arc able to keep recycled MPFG picture quality with editing video stream.
