Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a new watermark technique, where we embed two kinds of watermark data into DCT coefficients of JPEG images. The first watermark data is a series of compressed binary data related to great and small relations of the coefficients of JPEG image. The second watermark data is a side information. Those two kinds of watermark data arc embedded into the low frequency region of DCT. We confirm the validity of proposed method, where we can restore the original clear image by using user's Key from the embedded unclear image. Moreover, we consider the application to MPEG.
