Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We had already proposed "Multimedia Scalability Package:M5P" as structure data in integrated multimedia services. In addition, we studied telelecturing system using MSP data In this system, proceeding data and video data are used, and MSP function operates these data, play, edit, transmit and so on. We propose a video transcoding method for information updating over network to select high resolution or low resolution video. Moreover, a video contents delivery system is indicated using MSP contents. We consider contents tranmition and transformation methods based on MSP data Especially, transformation methods are explained and these procedures are shown By simulation results, it is efficient for users to play multi resolution video contents.
