Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Inter-Vehicle Picture Communication (IVPC) system for instantaneous picture transmitting is developed based on Dedicated Short Range Communications (DSRC) type Inter-Vehicle Communication (IVC) system which is studied on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). This paper describes evaluation of transmission time from actual field test. It is clarified that IVPC system has possibility of practical use.
