| 抄録(和) | 本報告では,画像内容検索のための特徴量としてmatching pursuitsによるカラー画像の分解結果を応用することを検討している.はじめにmatching pursuitsをカラー画像近似に適用するために,matching pursuitsを多変量信号の逐次近似へ拡張している.類似画像検索のために,画像の類似度を求める必要があるが,近似画像間の距離を原画像の解像度で計算するためには,特徴量から原画像の再構成を必要とする.そこで,本報告では,近似画像間の距離を,分解結果を示す基底インデクス列および内積値系列から直接,計算する方法を提案している.最後に,実際の画像検索への応用例を示す. |
| 抄録(英) | In this paper, we propose the color image indexing using the mathcing pursuits and its application to image similarity measure for content-based image retrieval. In order to apply the mathcing pursuits to color images, the mathcing pursuits is extended to approximate for multivariate signals. In similarity computation between two images, we have to compute the simirality from the decomposition result of the mathcing pursuits. We propose the computation algorithm that compute the squared norm between two appro x imation images with computational costs that is proportional to the number of the atoms. Finalry, we demonstrate the image query, by the proposd index and the similarity measure and also show the comparison between the image retrieval by the wavelet transform that is proposed by Jacobs. |
