Abstract(in English) | Satellite communication systems to support activities to protect people in emergencies such as disasters, terrors, are studied. Economical satellite communications between pocket-sized terminals are possible. Portable stations realize high-speed services. Using miniature stand-alone earth stations with sensors like cameras, wide area surveillances are possible from a monitor center. |
