Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We analyzed electromagnetic field produced by Cloud-to-Ground lightning discharge using numerical analysis by FDTD method. The influence of the earth on peak time of electromagnetic field signal waveforms is investigated considering the earth's conductivity and permittivity, which cause the positioning error when lightning location is decided using the difference of the peak time of electromagnetic field signals.
